toveira.co is operated by Toveira Limited ("Toveira", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at info@toveira.co.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Returns & refunds policy, Subscription policy and Privacy policy. These terms are for consumers buying for personal use.
3. Our products
- Our products from cosmetics, health and wellness, accessories and electronic gadgets. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- Results, efficacy and enjoyment vary from person to person.
- Please read the full feature list before use.
- Product images are for illustration. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock or if there is an obvious error in the price or description.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), or in your local currency where available at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
6. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, and only one code can be used per order unless the offer says otherwise. The terms and end date of any promotion are shown with the offer.
7. Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically until cancelled. How they work and how to cancel is explained in our Subscription policy.
8. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
9. Cancellations, returns and faulty items
Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
10. Reviews
Reviews must be genuine and based on your own experience of the product. We publish genuine reviews, positive and negative, and only remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, contain personal information or are unrelated to the product. We don't pay for reviews. If we ever offer an incentive for leaving a review, it will be offered whatever your rating, and the review will say so.
11. Using our website
Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access or by introducing harmful code. The website's content, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without our permission.
12. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
13. Events outside our control
We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one affects your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible, and you can cancel for a full refund of anything you've paid for goods you haven't received.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
